Calvary De'Rosa Sampson, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor

A therapist, speaker, and consultant, Calvary De’Rosa Sampson, LPC actively provides services to adolescents, young adults, couples, and families who experience trauma, grief, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and behavioral issues.

Calvary De’Rosa Sampson is a  National Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Louisiana and Texas, where she actively provides individual, group, and couples therapy through her virtual private practice, Calvary De'Rosa Counseling and Consulting.

In practice, Calvary specializes in helping teens and millennials begin self-exploration, identify their self-worth and present themselves to the world authentically and confidently. She grew up desiring to be the person that she needed when she was younger, later creating the space that allows those similar to her to find their safe haven.

Emphasizing the importance of impact, transformation, and education, Calvary De’Rosa understands both personally and professionally the transitions that teens and millennials face. Being a millennial and first-generation college student, she has used her career to fulfill her desire of working to eliminate the stigma around mental health.

The best advice she continues to give is to “take time for self-exploration.” Identifying values and staying true to them is what has helped her develop her platform. Through the implementation of modern approaches to therapy, she continues to find creative ways to connect with her demographic and support them through their awareness of mental health.

"Safe spaces are essential, and they are rarely defined by four walls.

Rather, they are made when we prioritize mental and physical health. They are being with loved ones who accept us in all circumstances. They are environments where "no means no" without guilt or fear.

Safe spaces are chosen and created, by us, for us."
