What if we chose to give ourselves at least 30 minutes a day and increased it from there? What if we included ourselves in our best-friend groups, which we drop everything for ? How would life look differently if you chose you a little more?
You won’t know until you try exploring what self -care for you and to you. That might look like reading , dancing, cooking, journaling. Or maybe even set boundaries with your parents, saying “no” to hangout with a friend because your tired or it’s not in the budget, or maybe going to therapy because there’s some unresolved things your need to process.
Whatever the case maybe, Self - Care isn’t just for Sunday’s. It’s intentional, it’s dedication, it’s a declaration to you EVERYDAY.
